Hello. Is possible to remove the option to start game? Or does it have a permission? If yes wich is? Is possible to change the block (bed)?

The permission to be able to start a game is bw.start.
The block cannot be changed, maybe, but just maybe this gets added in future versions.

That permission is the same of the Diamond in the inventory? Talking that, is possible to change the inventory when you join a game?

Yes, that's the permission for the diamond. And no, it's not possible at the moment to change the inventory.
