Bedwars signs not working for no-opped players

Question

The bedwars join signs are not working for me.

These are my current plugins:

Plugins (12): LuckPerms, WorldEdit, OldCombatMechanics, Vault,

VoxelSniper, WorldGuard, Multiverse-Core, Bedwars, Essentials,

VaultChatFormatter, EssentialsSpawn, EnjinMinecraftPlugin

my server ip is:

192.99.19.29:40148

If you want you can join it to see yourself that it is not working.

and yes, players have bw.play permissions!
