Arena delete on restart

Hello, i'm creepek from previous ticket (https://www.mine-home.net/ticket/4103). I'm writing from other account beacuse i forgot my password to previous account and option "Forgot password" doesn't working.

Now i reply to last Admin's post in my previous ticket:

Really? Can i fix this error by other way? It will be 7 times from setting the game.

Reinstalling the complete game solved the problem for other users.

I do not know what's happening, every next try of login ends failed (Invalid password).
Admin's way to fix this problem isn't working :(
After server restart, my sign show "[Setup]"
